1. Introduction: 
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which ChangeBuz Holdings Inc. (“ChangeBuz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may issue refunds to its users (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

ChangeBuz Holdings Inc. guarantees every User the right to request a refund or return if they are not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, subject to the conditions described below.

This Policy applies to all transactions performed on [https://www.changebuz.com], including but not limited to electronic currency exchanges, wallet funding, and digital currency transactions.


2. Important Notes
  • This Refund Policy covers transaction fees and user funds only.
  • ChangeBuz Holdings Inc. will make every reasonable effort to assist users in the event of any dispute or misunderstanding regarding refunds or returns.
  • Refunds or returns that exceed the original transaction amount are strictly prohibited.
  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, wherever possible.


3. General Conditions

3.1. A User who has paid a transaction fee or funded their account may request a refund or return, subject to the Eligibility Criteria outlined below.

3.2. Refund or Return requests will be reviewed only if the User fully complies with this Policy. Failure to meet any requirement may result in the request being declined.

3.3. To initiate a refund or return, the User must complete and submit the official Refund/Return Request Form.

3.4. To ensure compliance and prevent fraud, ChangeBuz may request additional documents, including but not limited to:

  • Valid government-issued ID (e.g. Passport, or Driving License)
  • Proof of payment (transaction receipt or invoice)
  • Bank or wallet screenshots verifying payment details
If the User fails to provide the requested information within three (3) working days, ChangeBuz reserves the right to reject the refund request.

3.5. ChangeBuz shall review and process refund requests within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the nature of the request. The User will be informed by email regarding the status and outcome of their request.

Note: Submitting a refund form does not guarantee approval. Each case is subject to internal verification and compliance checks.


4. Refunds for Cryptocurrency Transactions

  • Refunds are not possible for transactions where the User has purchased cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, etc.) due to the volatile nature of digital asset prices.
  • However, if the User wishes to reverse such a transaction, ChangeBuz may buy back the cryptocurrency at the current market rate, minus applicable service fees.
  • The refund amount will therefore vary based on real-time market value and exchange rate fluctuations.


5. Refunds for Non-Cryptocurrency Transactions

For transactions not involving cryptocurrency (such as Payeer, Skrill, or Neteller exchanges), refunds may be processed under the following terms:
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original transaction date.
  • ChangeBuz will deduct a refund fee of 5% of the total transaction amount, in addition to any payment gateway or transfer charges incurred while sending the funds back.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method originally used by the User (e.g. Bank Transfer, or Payment Wallet).


6. Chargeback Policy

6.1. Users are strongly advised to contact ChangeBuz support before initiating any chargeback request through their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.

6.2. In case a User initiates a chargeback without prior communication, ChangeBuz reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or block the User’s account,
  • Withhold associated funds during the investigation, and
  • Inform the issuing bank about the transaction details.
6.3. This clause does not restrict the User’s legal rights but ensures that ChangeBuz has an opportunity to address and resolve payment-related concerns directly.


7. Processing Time & Fees
  • Refund requests, once approved, will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • All bank, wallet, or gateway charges related to processing refunds are the sole responsibility of the User and will be deducted from the final amount.


8. Amendments to the Refund Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically to comply with new laws, financial regulations, or operational changes. Any updates will be published on the official website.

By continuing to use ChangeBuz services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the updated policy, please discontinue using ChangeBuz services immediately.
