This User Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the ChangeBuz.com website (hereinafter – the "Service") operated by ChangeBuz Holdings Inc. and any visitor (hereinafter – the "User") of this website.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The subject of the Agreement is to provide the User with information concerning electronic exchange services, cash, and electronic currency exchange as set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. Visiting any pages of the Service website constitutes the User’s acceptance of the Agreement conditions and obliges the User to comply with the rules established by the Administration, irrespective of the User’s knowledge or ignorance of the rules and provisions of this Agreement.

2.3. The Service reserves the right to refuse services to the User, indicating the cause of refusal electronically or without explanation.

3. Responsibility of the Parties

3.7.2. Exchange owners are solely responsible for operations on their sites. The Service will assist Users in resolving issues but is not responsible for exchanger obligations.
3.8. Users must comply with netiquette, morality, and the laws of their country.
3.9. Users must keep account access details confidential and not share them.
3.10. Users must not hinder the operation of the Service and are encouraged to contribute positively to its development.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. The Service’s privacy policy is outlined in the Privacy Policy section of the Service website and is part of this Agreement.
5. Other Conditions
5.1. The Service is exempt from liability for complete or partial failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, damage or malfunction of communication lines, changes in legislation, or other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances beyond the Service’s control.
5.2. Claims to the Service must be submitted through the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Service website and are reviewed within 15 working days.
